If you don't read the rules page then you don't follow the many rules.

Solution

So must read the rules page.

Reason 2

If you get kick-out and work continually.

Solution

So if you get kick-out then leave your id for 10 minutes then start again work.

Reason3

If your kick-out reach to 3 time in 24 hours and work continually. This reason banned your account permanently.

Solution 

If you get 3 time kick-out in 24 hours then logout from your id and login again after 24 hours.

Reason4

If you have many account and login from one to another account.

Solution

By software you can login at a time more than one account but if you work by website then don't do it mean don't login from one to another account.
